Companies encounter the WebForms format in public tenders or in digital communication with contracting authorities and government agencies. Once a form is provided in WebForms format, it is accessed via the corresponding web application.

With WebForms, cosinex has developed its own standard for fully digital forms. Beyond the EU eForms approach, not only the data of a form but also the external structures are transmitted.
WebForms can be completed by contracting authorities in the procurement management system, transmitted electronically to the procurement marketplace, where they can be processed by companies and then retransmitted to the contracting authority. This enables seamless exchange and processing of data from the procurement documents to electronic bids. You can also find more information in our tutorial video.
The WebForms standard is continuously being expanded. The forms from the well-known procurement manuals are gradually being incorporated into the standard. A web-based bidding tool will also be available soon.
